La Quinta
the CONCEPT
The Mission
This was a new build property with a full dirt yard. The customers use it as a winter home so wanted something low maintenance for when they weren’t there, but something that was show stopping for when they were (of course they did).
The Details
The yard wrapped around the whole house in a horseshoe shape, the driveway also needed extending and a wider side gate installing for the golf cart. We decided to do the walkway side as cost effectively as possible using broom grey concrete for the paths and large planters to occupy the space. By doing this we could spend most of the budget on some nice finishing touches pool side.
The Challenge (because there always is one)
The whole project went without a hitch, they’re a really nice family and we got on like a house on fire. Since we finished the project, the pump started leaking inexplicably. Jandy took care of it under warranty the very next day.
