This is where the fun starts. Obviously, this is something you have been thinking about for a while, we know you didn’t just wake up this morning, decide that you wanted a pool, and pick the phone up to call us.
Most people have got a rough idea of the sort of thing they want before we even arrive and are already armed with a dossier of pictures and ideas. This is great, whatever you’ve got, bring it. We’ll do our best to incorporate them into your design.
The flip side to the customer who has an idea of what they want, is the customer who just knows they want a pool, and they want it to be cool. Those are our designers’ favorites. Keep in mind though, these guys eat, sleep and breath design. If you take the shackles off and give them free reign, be ready to be amazed, you’re definitely going to get something unique.
Walking through our offices the other morning I noticed most of our design team huddled round one of the desks. I went to investigate. On screen was a super cool, resort style pool.
Me: “That’s cool, which customer is it for?”
Designer: “Oh, it’s not, it’s just something I thought would look good, I’ve been working on it at home during the weekend.”
That’s right folks, she’d been designing an imaginary pool, at home, during the weekend, for free, using her own time. That’s the level of obsession we’re talking about here.

Firstly, we just want to let you know that nobody working here is on commission. What this means to you, is that we’re never going to try and hard sell you or upsell you into a design or feature that you don’t need just to make a few extra dollars. Our advice is always genuine, and it’s always free.
One of our designers will visit you at your property to discuss your plans and complete an initial site survey. During this meeting feel free to show us any pictures or ideas that you may have, also if you want a fairly accurate ballpark price we will be able to provide one for you.
After the initial site visit our designer will go away and begin work on your project. It usually takes around a week to complete (if you’re on the clock, let us know and we will expedite your design for you.) Once the 3D render is finished we can either come back out to your place, or you can come into our studio to take a look at what we’ve produced for you.
Once we’ve settled on a design, our engineering department will draw up the construction plans and make the engineering calculations for your project. You will receive a copy of these so you can provide them to your HOA (if necessary). This usually takes around a week to complete.
We will apply to the relevant authority on your behalf for the construction permits. Depending on where you live, this could take as little as a couple of days or as long as two months. Unfortunately, this section is out of our hands, so it takes as long as it takes.
While we’re waiting for the permits to arrive, we can dial in the materials that you want to use for the pool. These include tile, stone, interior finish, and any other features you may want included. You’re welcome to come to our showroom and browse, or if you’ve found something you like elsewhere, let us know and we can order it on your behalf.
